Required Resources

None of these ambitions will be realized without significant investment — the investment of time; the investment of expertise; and significant financial investment. It is clear at this point that while some investments will be of the “bricks and mortar” kind, significant funds will also be necessary for pedagogical investments and faculty and staff professional development. Further investments will undoubtedly be needed in campus technological infrastructure and in community-based projects in Baltimore.
